Description
Hyssopus officinalis: It is Soothing, expectorant & cough suppressant
Sisymbrium irio: Treats cough, chest congestion & reduce fevers
Zizyphus jujuba: Mucilaginous, soothes throat irritation & cough
Anise oil: It is useful in the treatment of muscular aches and pains, rheumatism, bronchitis, whooping cough, colic, cramp, flatulence, indigestion, catarrh and hangovers. It is anti-inflammatory.
Eucalyptus oil: It helps loosen phlegm, and is thus used to breathe in eucalyptus steam to help treat bronchitis, coughs, and the flu.
Dosage
Adults: 2 teaspoonsful 2 to 3 times a day.
Children: According to age & weight half to one teaspoonful twice or thrice a day.
